Self Defense Training
There are few things more important then the protection of yourself and fanily. I have studied the martial arts for many many years and at 38 I still maintain the weight I had since I was in my early 20s. I have found a website from the Alex Jones website the site is called Maximum Effect it is a quick start way to getting off your butt and learning somthing that can save your life.
I suggest if you have time find a local teacher in your area and get some training.
